Clover integration
Your Clover menu powers your direct ordering channel.
Branded Bites pulls your menu from Clover, including categories, items, modifiers, and pricing. When you update pricing or item availability in Clover, those changes sync into your ordering website and branded app. Orders placed by customers arrive in the Branded Bites order dashboard, where your team manages them.
Direct menu import from Clover
Branded Bites imports your full menu from Clover, including categories, items, modifiers, and descriptions. The import happens during onboarding so your direct ordering channel launches with the same menu you already run in Clover. No re-entry from scratch.
Pricing that stays in sync
When you update pricing in Clover, those changes sync into your Branded Bites ordering experience. Your direct ordering website and branded app stay current without a separate pricing update in a second system. Clover stays the source of truth for your menu and pricing.
One menu to maintain
Because Branded Bites pulls from Clover, you manage your menu in the system your team already knows. There is no parallel menu to keep updated and no risk of prices or items falling out of sync between your POS and your direct ordering channel.
Good to know
Where direct orders appear
Orders placed by customers through your direct ordering website or branded app arrive in the Branded Bites order dashboard. They do not go into Clover. Staff monitor and manage incoming direct orders through the Branded Bites dashboard.
Branded Bites vs. Clover Online Ordering
Clover Online Ordering is the built-in online ordering feature offered through Clover's platform. It keeps the ordering experience within Clover's ecosystem and offers limited customization. Branded Bites gives your restaurant a fully branded ordering website and app that you own, plus loyalty rewards, SMS and email marketing, and analytics. Restaurants using both get a more complete direct channel without replacing Clover at the counter.
